More frequently, these pods are exploding in the machine, making a right mess. Not to mention the steam hot water leaking from the pod holder when this happens. Tassimo needs to address this and recognise there is a problem, and refund people for wasted pods. Weve had 10 + do this so far... Not happy.....!

Ordered pods yesterday. Bill was around £26. Website stated orders over £8 would be free delivery. However I have just realised I have been charged an additional £3.99 delivery! Thats the price of a packet of pods!! Cant seem to get any where with customer services, im very disappointed. Wish I had gone to Tesco or Asda as I normally do!!!
