Floating milk solids in my coffees

My machine works fine it's when I've made my morning coffee I've had milk solids floating on the surface this has happened with 2 separate packs of the latte and the café style coffee pods disgusted me enough to never purchase another

Preferred solution: The recycling end! None of stores you sell at near me won't take back!! Am in middle countryside too-andvtrying to ring ACTUAL branches o shops to find out is impossible and on YOU to check they're not BSing you too!

I cannot source Podbak recycle bags for my used pods. Have been told by my local Morrison supermarket in Edinburgh that they have been issued their 'quota' from them - what nonsense - they should be readily available when wanted. Recycling is a major environmental issue so can Tassimo please bring pressure to bear on Podbak to allow everyone to obtain the bags and help this lovely planet of ours.

Broken pods

Coffee pods not always working correctly in my machine, and they are no good to use, don't mind a couple know an again but it's being to often, I'm thinking it's pod's because it's only some but all together I've had to waste a lot

Put pod in and water turned on like usual but light wasnt flashing and never started proses to make coffee.

Think its broken and need to get an exchange or refund.

WHEN IS A NEW MACHINE £10 VOUCHER WORTHLESS?

You have purchased a nice new pod machine, and you're ready to place an order via TASSIMO, so you put a few packs in your basket.

The BANNER at the top of the page tells you that you'll get 20% off a £35 spend, and FREE DELIVERY, SO you ADD to your basket, and go to check-out, BUT WAIT, you've got a £10 (new machine) voucher, 1 of 2 in fact, so you apply it...it works BUT ONLY REMOVES about £2 from your total, because of the "20% off £35" offer, an offer that is STANDARD, STANDARD TO ALL, so Tassimo are ACTUALLY penalizing us for buying a NEW MACHINE?...SERIOUSLY TASSIMO?

Oh, BTW

I did phone Tassimo CS, TWICE, ACTUALLY.

On hold for almost 30 minutes the 1st time, I was told "sorry, but you can't use 2 vouchers" this by the SAME person, almost 3 hours apart

I only applied 1 voucher, the 1st "discount" (so not a voucher) was applied at check-out, automatically.

So, like I say...

When is a NEW MACHINES £10 voucher WORTHLESS.

Troubleshoot non-working coffee maker

I have a Tassimo coffee maker tas 4702 that has been discontinued. I was told that because of th at there was nothing they can do.

Obviously the basic technology for all versions is the same and some help should be provided.

No help was offered. In fact I was to go away.

Exploding pods

I am sick and tired of cleaning up the mess from exploded Costa Americano pods in and around my Tassimo machine. Surely all products have to be fit for purpose these days?

It happens randomly, but the last batch of pods has been atrocious.

What, if anything, is being done to remedy this? Come on, Tassimo - DO SOMETHING!!
