I have ordered tassimo pods for my new machine. First I had voucher for 20£ with the machine but it doesnt said that you have to make 45£ to receive 10£ discount so it fu..ed me up.
Now I just make my first latte and I cant believe how bad is!
Its looks and taste like dirty water. I cant be more disappointed!

The cost of the drink pods is now so ridiculous I have put the machine in the cupboard and won't use it or buy the drinks again until they are priced realistically. The machine bursts pods regularly and at the price it is one expensive cup of coffee, let alone the mess they make when they burst the pods.
£6.75 at the Co-op for lattes and now £4.95 at Asda even.
The macchiato were better value at £3.50 per box if buying 3 at a time. I used to buy 6 boxes, but on my last trip, I bought none.

Normally we love the Tassimo Late, though expensive, but this batch ref: D5LXB265****W21:21 were horrible, weak, slightly bitter and grainy. Cleaned machine but still the same, horrible.

Terrible machine
Got tassimo style at Currys. 1st mistake as currys customer service are shocking!Tassimo Coffee Pod Machine.
Lets be fair though & list positives: It looks fabulous, great colour 'Crema'. Thats where it stops. Im late 60s, it looked simple...NO!! Instructions a nightmare.
I can't lift kettle now as disabled, so seemed perfect. To fill, you must either remove tank totally or tilt it so far it spills. Only 1 youtube video gives a simple run through. Even that has blips.
Setting up & 1st use were so bad I cried. I am deaf so can't ring no one, but did facetime to daughter. Still no joy. Finally worked out to start machine on 1st clean u got use orange thing to make it work.
Kept blinking all sorts, esp. descale! Finally got it working...so slooow! Stopped half way up a standard mug...think its to allow for milk pod if you want use one.
Everytime you need more water, got open pod flap to continue. No idea if I am meant keep pressing button, but got arthritis fingers. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Put a pod in & got an Americano full of granules in my cup!
Undrinkable. Kept having to clean sensor. Currys charge £8.99 for pack of pods which is dearer than on Bosch website. Got 'discounted' at £6.99 but left with opened bag with the one (gritty) pod used, so unable to return.
To be fair to Currys, not tried to exchange machine...yet...as very put off by reviews of customer service as I got anxiety/depression. No wonder it has dropped £77 in price. Bosch used to be very good machines. I can ill afford a loss however small.
As a vulnerable person after a number of family deaths, not good. Its now 1.21am & just finished fiddling with damn thing.

Waste of money
Bought the Tassimo coffee machine to make there mocha coffee,my wife has severe Alzheimer's and I found that she would drink this without any fuss. She really liked it. After owning it for 3 months they stopped making the mocha, leaving me with an expensive machine I have no use for

Machine broke after 3 months water no longer gets heated comes out cold
Talk to Tassimo about replacing machine or fixing it the answer was no because I bought it on a special marketing deal through Sobeys buy so many coffee you get a machine free so they said no so with that I will never buy from Tassimo again bad company doesn't stand behind there product time for you to leave Canada your product is Garbage

Latte glasses to tall for machine meaning having to tilt glass to put under spout then cant remove without spilling, or glass to small it over fills & waste most of the drink. This happens with the drip tray removed.
Tried 2 types of latte glasses. The tall latte glass fills perfectly but when you try to remove you have to tilt glass spilling the coffee.
The other shorter glass over fills wasting a lot of the drink. Think it should come with a latte glass that fits as dont get any issues with the cappuccino glass that I bought with latte glass

I have spent a week trying to resolve the issue of my tassimo machine not working and reaching dead ends by contacting customer service on the phone. Sending private messages to the company on tassimo Facebook and on reviews.
Feeling now totally ignored that I would never recommend anyone to purchase a machine. I bought a machine and pods in August but did not unbox the machine until last Monday. Tried to register the machine but not able to do this. Put in cleaning disc and water to clean the machine before first use.
Something wrong with the machine as it blew the electrics in the fuse box. No lights or life in the machine.
This is going to be my last attempt to resolve this matter on my own before going to the media for help. Email address to return a reply to is reeselaine26@***.com

The first Tassimo Hot Beverage System was presented in France in 2004. Currently Tassimo coffee machines are available in such countries as Andorra, Canada, Greece, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, the United States and much more. Tassimo offers 5 different models of single cup coffee makers. The "home-use" T-discs are necessary to prepare beverages. Each disk has a barcode. Having read it, the machine knows brewing time, the amount of water as well as temperature for a specific beverage.

It is only relevant for you and videos illustrating use should have been viewed prior to purchase.
And again, for personal reasons, reviews about customer service should have been read prior to purchase. That being said, I do hope you are able to return it for a full refund.
