Waiting on my order since beginning of April. First Order went missing with yodel. I had to wait for the investigation of that before another order was processed. Another order placed, was told delivery would be two days ago, when I email tassimo they replied with sorry you are disappointed your order will arrive either today or tomorrow - emailed the ceo no response !! Quick to take your money but don't seem to bothered to resolve issues!

Shocking customer service and a CEO that doesn't care or is it that you they so many unhappy customers you are unable to deal with.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of other product. Tassimo needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
