Waiting on my order since beginning of April. First Order went missing with yodel. I had to wait for the investigation of that before another order was processed. Another order placed, was told delivery would be two days ago, when I email tassimo they replied with sorry you are disappointed your order will arrive either today or tomorrow - emailed the ceo no response !! Quick to take your money but don't seem to bothered to resolve issues!
Shocking customer service and a CEO that doesn't care or is it that you they so many unhappy customers you are unable to deal with.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
